KEEPING FIT

Enjoyable --- that's probably the best way to describe the Dubbo RSL Aquatic & Health Centre. So, during your stay in Dubbo why not come in and just relax! Pop the kids in the Juniors Room and then decide how energetic you really want to be. Maybe a leisurely swim in the heated indoor pool, spend some time in the sauna and steam room or join an Aqua Class. Or, if you really need a workout, the gymnasium offers free weights, a well equipped Cardiovascular room and there's a solarium to enhance your healthy glow.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GOLD PASS rates apply to members of five or more consecutive years.
COUPLE and FAMILY memberships apply to immediate family members living under one roof, where children are fully dependant.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR GYM AND POOL MEMBERSHIP IS 14 YEARS OF AGE.
Children under 14 on family memberships can use the pools under adult supervision. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are they permitted use of aerobics, gym or cardio areas.
JUNIORS ROOM available at $4.00 per child, or $5.50 per family per day.
GYM PROGRAMS for non-members $55.00 (includes Fitness assessment)
RSL Youth Club Age requirement: 0-25 years
