CLASS DESCRIPTION

Long Weekend Policy: Class will be held on Saturdays ONLY

RECHARGE: A safe, fun, gentle exercise routine for the "young at heart". A low impact class integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work.   POWER: The premier class with muscle! Your alternative to a workout in the gym with contemporary music and interesting exercise combinations. A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells and a step platform to give you the fastest way to define and condition every muscle.
     
BAT: Do you want fabulous legs, a great butt and killer abs??.. then this is the class for you! A dynamic toning class using squat and lunge variation to tone and train Butt, Abs & Thighs in a low impact format. (A step platform may be used to increase exercise intensity).   CIRCUIT: What a workout...timed intervals of exercise incorporating hand weights, barbells and high & low impact moves. A great cardiovascular workout for total body conditioning.
CYCLE: Are you ready for the ultimate ride? Cycle incorporates aspects of outdoor cycling (sprints and climbs) and motivational coaching techniques to give you a safe, aerobic adrenaline rush. Get in the zone and be prepared for a great workout.   BOXING CIRCUIT: Circuit based boxing class.
     
AQUA : A class that uses water as resistance for a non-weight bearing workout! Its suitable for all fitness levels and works every part of the body with minimal impact on the joints. (Water dumbells & noodles may be used for variety, to create intensity and add some fun to your workout).   CROSS TRAINING: Like to try a little bit of everything? This class combines different group exercise formats to create a cross training effect. It's designed to tone muscles, develop cardiovascular fitness and burn lots of calories.
     
CORE & STRENGTH: Another of our interval training formats specific to strength and core exercises designed to increase overall body strength while simultaneously maximising your aerobic threshold.   STEP ATHLETIC: Is the ultimate step format to give your body a high energy, low to medium impact cardio blast, and tone the hips and thighs. With more than 2,000 steps per session you'll see the results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes in the business.
     
PILATES: The focus in this class is on achieving core stability and improving postural strength. The class teaches you to integrate the mind and body to achieve muscle control, alignment and balance. (This class is not suitable during pregnancy).    
 

Please bring towel & water bottle to all classes and workouts. For your safety & to reduce the risk of injury there will be STRICTLY NO ADMITTANCE to class after commencement.
