AIT: (Awesome Interval Training)- A fifty minute session designed to supercharge your training by incorporating a variety of intervals to challenge and improve overall strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility! Don't Miss It!! 

Cycle: Are you ready for the ultimate ride? Cycle incorporates aspects of outdoor cycling (sprints and climbs) and motivational coaching techniques to give you a safe, aerobic adrenaline rush. Get in the zone and be prepared for a great workout.

Power: A premier class with muscle! Your alternative to a workout in the gym with contemporary music and interesting exercise combinations. A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells and a step platform to give you the fastest way to define and condition every muscle.

T.T.T (Trim, Taut and Teriffic): Invigorate yourself, increase your cardio fitness and build strength. T.T.T is a great overall fitness session designed to give a total body workout. 

Recharge: A safe, fun, gentle exercise routine for the "young at heart". A low impact class integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability and stretching and mobility work.

Core & Strength: Another of our interval training formats specific to strength and core exercises designed to increase overall body strength while simultaneously maximising your aerobic threshold

Crosstraining: Like to try a little bit of everything? This class combines different group exercise formats to create a cross training effect. It's designed to tone muscles, develop cardiovascular fitness and burn lots of calories

Dubbo RSL Aqua AerobicsBlast: A new design of class, utilizing the benefits of boxing and kickboxing to increase fitness levels and endurance. Combined with strength and resistance training specially targeting legs, abs, shoulders and gluteus.

Aqua: A class that uses water as resistance for a non-wieght bearing workout! It's suitable for all fitness levels and works every part of the body with minimal impact on the joints. (Water dumbbells and noodles may be used for variety, to create intensity and add some fun to your workout).

Pilates: Low impact exercise that tones, elongates and sculpts muscles, plus improves core strength, flexibility, co-ordination and posture.

Cardio Boxing: Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee? .. Strike, punch and kick you way to superior fitness levels in this high intensity, full body workout. Dynamic drills and great combinations to significantly improve strength, speed, co-ordination, agility and endurance.
* All participants are required to supply their own boxing gloves. (available for purchase at reception) 

Zumba/Aqua Zumba/Step Zumba: F for FUN! Zumba is the highly popular, Latin inspired dance fitness workout set to sexy high energy music. Suitable for all ages. Aqua Zumba is done in the pool. Step Zumba is done on Aerobics step. 

Kids SwimFit: AUSTSWIM Instructor - Carmen. Join in for 45minutes for aquatic activities. stroke correction, swimming and fun. 10-16years. Bookings Essential. SwimFit runs through the school term. 

KidsFit/Kinderfit:  45 minutes of fun fitness activities including circuits, group & individual activities and challenges and fitness based games using a variety of equipment and skills. Kinderfit: 3-5 yrs, Kidsfit: 6-14yrs. Run through the school term. 

Yoga: The ultimate mind and body workout, stretching muscles, creating strength and mental focus

Cycle Mix: A class combining the use of spin bikes as well as traditional strength training designed to help improve your overall fitness and strength

H.I.I.T: (High Intensity interval training) Short on time? H.I.I.T will ensure your time is not wasted! H.I.I.T consists of short intense bursts of exercise with active recovery, using combinations of cardio & strength routines. This class will H.I.I.T youj where it hurts.

Hot Legs: A class just for legs! Jump, Hop, Lunge and Squat your way to perfect legs.

Boot Camp: Kick start your Saturday with a combination of strength, cardio, Flexibility, muscle endurance as well as a core work out. Boot camp will give you everything you need for the maximum calorie burn!
